This Chilean Picual from the renowned Alonso Estate which is known to produce award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oils has a beautiful floral nose. The oil displays savory notes of artichoke and leafy greens. This oil is a very well balanced and has delightful pepper notes and it is also light in bitterness.
